"Evva was incredibly patient as our search evolved from a small home or condo to a larger home when my parents and grandmother decided to move with us. Finding the perfect home proved to be a real challenge in a seller's market and in a beach locale, where many homes are raised and we needed handicap accessibility. Evva urged us to explore areas outside of where we initially were focused and opened our eyes to some hidden gem neighborhoods, one of which we chose and now constantly talk about how we can't imagine being happier elsewhere. I sometimes think she knew more about what we wanted and needed than we did, and her negotiation skills got us the house when multiple offers were on the table! Her communication throughout our search was amazing, and she became a true friend. We remain in contact now that we are locals, too. I simply can't speak highly enough of her."
